Cities are our most important customers. We hope to establish close relationships with the municipal government and collaborate with them to make short trips as safe and efficient as possible.
We strive to be the most flexible partner and as a result we are constantly innovating our products and the way we operate them. For this reason we made the decision to specifically design and build our own e-scooters which are purpose built for sharing and safety.
The municipal government is interested in how electric scooters can smoothly integrate into their city, and we are ready to listen to and adapt to their ideas at any time. Our innovation cycle is fast, which allows us to create tailored solutions for each city.
Helmet Lock
Our close cooperation with the Hong Kong government has enabled us to create the world's first application controlled helmet lock. This feature allows the safety helmet to be secured to the electric scooter between two rides and released at the beginning of the ride. This important safety feature improves the usability of helmets and reduces the risk of discarded helmets, which may cause setbacks in cities.
Data sharing
Information about the operation, speed, alighting and pick-up points of electric scooters can be used to help cities better manage their transportation systems. We share anonymous data with the municipal government so that they can better plan for future cities.
Geofencing Technology
We were one of the pioneers of geofencing technology, which allows councils to better control where, and how fast, e-scooters can be ridden. Using GPS and geolocation, we work with councils to implement slow-zones, no-go zones and to dedicate parking zones that best suit their towns and cities.
